A different journey…
As someone who has been a Fortune 500 and FTSE250 executive for over 27 years, I found myself at a personal career detour. My life decision to adopt a sibling group of three toddlers in 2018, left me longing for more flexibility to participate in so many of their critical life moments.

As a result, I want to leverage my years of executive coaching, strategic planning, team effectiveness assessment and interventions, merger & acquisition cultural assessments and so many other critical skills, to help you realize your potential as an executive.

I also am keen to devote a portion of my consulting practice, to supporting Nonprofit leaders in realizing their personal and organizational goals, as well as leading a strategic planning process with Executive Directors and their Boards.
